Technology and Procedures

Our technologies of processing thermoplastic and duroplastic are based on one-component injection molding and molding of metal parts into plastic coatings.

Injection molding is performed on modern molding machines Krauss Maffei and Engel.

Our state-of-the-art machine park enables stable and statistically controlled processes. One of our additional technologies is pad printing (tampo printing), executed in a separate room. In large-scale production we use a high degree of automation of additional operations, following the injection molding (for instance: assembly of metal plates into housings).
