Technology and Procedures

Our range of technologies for processing rubber compounds includes

• conventional compression,
• injection and
• transfer injection molding.

Materials that we use dictate technological solutions; therefore ETI GUM d.o.o. devotes great attention to cooperation with our suppliers of entry materials as well as suppliers of equipment.

Technological solutions are the result of our own knowledge and expertise. ETI GUM d.o.o. is also capable of assembling single components into smaller modules. Assembly lines are the result of our cooperation with ETI d.d. and ETI d.d. Tool shop.

A special operation within the technological procedure is an optic control of products with the use of optic cameras. By implementing this principle, ETI GUM d.o.o. practically annulled the possibility of subjective mistakes of workers and initiated a 100% statistical control over certain dimensions of the product.
