Thermoplastic

Thermoplasts are linear branched polymers, processed at a higher temperature, where they become liquefied and thus appropriate for injection molding. After they are cooled down, they harden and retain the given shape.

Their disadvantage is in their non-resistance to increased temperatures, for they swiftly lose shape and their mechanic abilities.

ETI GUM d.o.o. masters the injection molding technology of an entire range of thermoplastic materials. We use modern methods of processing, including hot runners system with closing needle. Part of this technology is highly standardized.
