Execution of a Typical Project

By implementing the APQP methodology as well as other quality pillars in the phase of product and process planning, we wish to achieve an extremely efficient realization of the phase with even “0” series products confirmed, if possible.

Projects are executed within interdisciplinary teams. Single phases include modern computer simulations and calculations. Based on computer simulations we verify the suitability of dimensioning of single segments of a product. For simple approximations we use analytical calculations of product loads.

On each milestone the team carries out a status examination and decides on further proceedings. Main goal of each team is “to efficiently end the project”:

• catching the deadline,
• achieveing planned quality of the product,
• establishing stable processes and
• inclusion of competent suppliers.

Main objective of all projects is to follow the “Zero-Defect” philosophy.
